Learning by Dimyati and Mudjiono (1999: 7) is an action and a complex behavior of students. Furthermore Sardiman (1994: 24) states: "Learning as a process of interaction between human beings with their environment that may be tangible personal, facts, concepts or theories".
Activity-LearningThus, it can be concluded that the learning activity is any activity carried out in the process of interaction (teacher and students) in order to achieve learning objectives. Activity is meant here the emphasis is on students, because the presence of student activities in the learning process will impact the creation of active learning situation.8 Group Learning Activity TypeActivities taught myself a lot of stuff, so experts held a classification. Paul B. Diedrich in Sardiman (2004: 101) make a list of 177 kinds of activities students are classified into 8 groups:
- Visual Activities include activities such as reading, watching (pictures, demonstrations, experiments and the work of others)
- Oral Activities, such as: states, formulate, ask questions, give advice, an opinion, conduct interviews, discussions, and interruptions.
- Listening Activities, such as: listening to the description, conversational discussion, music and speech.
- Writting Activities, such as: writing stories, writing essays, writing reports, questionnaires, copy, create a summary.
- Drawing Activities, such as drawing, create graphs, maps, diagrams.
- Motor Activities, such as: conducting experiments, making the construction, model, repair, play and breed.
- Mental Activities, such as responding to, remembering, problem solving, analyzing, seeing relationships and making decisions.
- Emotional Activities, such as: interest, boredom, excitement, daring, quiet and nervous.
