The Impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic on Education

Currently the world is shocked by the outbreak of a disease caused by a virus called corona or known as covid-19 (Corona Virus diseases-19).

The virus that was allegedly started to plague December 31, 2019 in Wuhan City, Hubei Province, China, is now spreading almost everywhere in the world very quickly, so WHO on March 11, 2020 established this outbreak as a global pandemic.

Hundreds of thousands of people have been exposed to this virus around the world, and even tens of thousands have died. Noted countries that have high cases of exposure to co-19 today are Italy, China, Spain, the United States, and Iran with death rates reaching thousands of people. Very fast transmission and the difficulty of detecting people who are exposed because the incubation period of covid-19 is approximately two weeks is the cause of many casualties.
Transmission through contact between humans is difficult to predict because social activities that can not be avoided is the biggest cause of the spread of this co-19. An antidote that has not been found and the number of patients exposed to covid-19 is the highest cause of death. Hospitals and paramedics who menagani feel overwhelmed so much
patients that are not handled properly. Difficult Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for paramedics causes patients to fall including doctors and other paramedics who are also exposed
covid-19 so he finally died.

The complexity of the handling of this epidemic has led world leaders to adopt super policies
tight to break the chain of distribution of covid-19. Social distancing becomes a tough choice for every country in implementing policies to prevent the spread of co-19, because
this policy has a negative impact on all aspects of life.

Restrictions on social interaction
society can inhibit the rate of growth and progress in various fields of life, but there is no other choice, because this method is the most effective.
Social distancing policies have a fatal impact on the wheels of human life, economic problems that are most felt the impact, because this touches various layers of society, the slowing down of the economic pace results in the closure of the primary human needs to fulfill it, because the state will be very burdened if it has to bear all the basic needs of each population.

No exception to the education sector also affected by this policy. The sudden decision of the government to dismiss or move the learning process from school / madrasa to at home, has made many parties confused.

The unpreparedness of school / madrasah stakeholders to carry out online learning is a major factor in this chaos, even though the government actually provides alternative solutions in assessing students as a condition of promotion or graduation from an educational institution during an emergency situation as it is today.
The transition to this way of learning forces various parties to follow the flow if possible
taken so that learning can take place, and the choice is the use of technology as a medium of online learning. Use this technology too
actually not without problems, many factors that inhibit the implementation of effectiveness
online learning includes:

1. Technology mastery is still low.

It must be admitted that not all technology literate teachers, especially generation X teachers (born 1980 and below) who were not using massive technology during their time.

Actually they are not able to if they want to learn, they must be able to because the principle is the teacher is human
learners who must always be ready to face the changing times while following their development.
The situation is almost the same for students, not all are accustomed to using technology in their daily lives. Even in schools they have to fight in using learning support technology because of the limited facilities owned by schools / madrasas, maybe even they are not introduced to technology in
learning.

2. Limited facilities and infrastructure
The ownership of technology supporting devices is also a problem. No secret
general that the welfare of teachers is still very low, so let alone to fulfill things
To meet the basic needs of his family, there are still many teachers who struggle. The same thing happens to students, because not all of their parents are able to give
technological facilities to her children. Even if they have facilities, they are not used as media to support learning, due to ignorance of parents in
guiding his child to the use of technology in learning.

3. Internet network
Online learning cannot be separated from the use of the internet network. Not all schools / madrasas are connected to the internet so that the teachers are also in their daily lives
not used to using it. Even if someone uses a cellular network, sometimes the network is unstable because of the geographical location which is still far from the reach of cellular signals.

4. Cost
The internet network that is needed in online learning is a problem for teachers and students. The quota purchased for internet needs has increased and many of the teachers and parents of students are not ready to increase the budget for providing internet networks.
This online learning method is actually not new, because in some countries
especially in developed countries this activity is used. The learning process in tertiary institutions especially, not only abroad but in Indonesia is also used to being implemented, however
for learning at the level of elementary and secondary education units is not yet so popular that it takes real preparation to run well.
The development of the times will require changes in civilization, and this will have an impact on the way or methods of learning that are commonly done. In an age of technology as it is today, it is possible that the next Teaching and Learning Process will be carried out online, given the effectiveness in the transfer of knowledge that is very good, fast, easy and inexpensive.
Changes in civilization and this method requires educational stakeholders to prepare themselves to follow the development of the era as it is today. Nobody can
refute or reject the rapid development of this technology, even if someone rejects it, then get ready to be left behind, even be crushed by others.
Technology is like two blades, each of which has an equal role, namely the sides
positive and negative effects on changes in human civilization. All aspects of life today cannot be separated from technology, therefore technology literacy is very much
important for society, so that the use of technology is truly beneficial without harming and
also has a negative impact on the fabric of life.
Specifically in the field of education, this technological literacy needs to be learned by all education stakeholders, especially in its use as the current online learning media,

on going. The things that need to be understood and realized by educational stakeholders include:

1. Parents
True children's education is the absolute responsibility of parents, because in the future even parents will be held accountable for their respective children. PBM activities
conducted online forcing parents to be directly involved in activities
learning of their children, many experiences that they feel when they have to accompany.
Crowded in various social media that tells their experiences during accompanying
her children learn both positive and negative. Like for example it turns out there are parents who
often get angry because they have unruly children so they can't stand it
want their children to learn again at school.
This incident gave awareness to parents that it was not easy to educate children, it requires enormous knowledge and patience. So with this incident
parents must realize and know how to guide their children
in learning, it is hoped that after getting this experience parents want to learn how to educate their children at home.
Home is the first and foremost place in educating children, therefore with the implementation of online learning when children will be more at home and
they need guidance from their parents. The function of the house is now increasing, namely as a school, parents must learn how to educate and provide knowledge to children, because the teacher or school functions only as a facilitator.

2. Teacher
Online learning must be an awareness for teachers that their current role is
teachers who only transfer knowledge will one day be replaced by more sophisticated teachers, namely machine teachers. The media to gain knowledge now is very much
many, do not depend on the teacher alone even there are still many limitations.
Nowadays there are many media that can play the role of teacher, and there are even terms human and machine teachers. Technology can play a role as a teacher, well this teacher is called a machine teacher, science
very much knowledge can be learned using machines, let's say the media is the internet. By using the internet people can find out something
he wanted quickly without being limited by time and space.
Teachers who only position themselves as transferring knowledge already have.

3. School
Schools as educational institutions must be prepared to anticipate changes in human civilization. Changes in human behavior that tend to not be separated from technology in all its activities must also be followed by schools / madrasas.
The impact of the co-19 pandemic provides valuable experience, how the role of schools / madrasas that have been central to education seems meaningless. Educational programs
conducted in schools / madrasas which were considered very important because they affect the quality of education now seems to be meaningless. The government canceled the National Examination (UN), the National Standard School Examination (UASBN), prohibited activities that gathered large crowds and other important programs that could be carried out in schools / madrasas.
These activities are now replaced by activities that must be done online, although currently the government does not require all school / madrasah programs to
implemented online because of the current situation in an emergency. But I believe that online activities can now be the initial process of paradigm shift
about implementing PBM in education from pre-school to higher education.
Therefore, if a school / madrasah does not want to be excluded from this change, then inevitably it must follow this change. Schools / madrasas must start thinking of facilities and
supporting infrastructure for online learning, training teachers to master online learning support technology and socializing to students and parents about changes in learning methods to be implemented.
One time it is possible that the magnificent buildings of schools / madrasas which were initially crowded with the hustle and bustle of the activities of teachers and students, only a memory and become a quiet place
which may change its function because it is not used again for learning activities. Humans at that time did not need to learn to come to school, just stay at home, play computers, laptops or gadgets to carry out learning activities, the teacher needed to be a mentor and facilitator from a distance whose activities were the same as students, namely simply playing the devices needed to support online learning .
The current situation is a challenge for the world of education, changing management
education is needed to keep pace with changes very quickly. Manual and conventional learning methods are now starting to be replaced by online digital systems that are not limited by time and space. The role of schools / madrasas today is more dynamic, no longer just a gathering place for teachers and students who will implement PBM.

4. Government
The role of government is very important in determining policies related to the national education system. All educational institutions must obey and obey the rules
determined, because national education has the same goal in efforts to build the nation. In an emergency situation such as the current pandemic covid-19, the government quickly issued a policy regarding the implementation of online learning that must be carried out by every educational institution, even though the rules are not binding.
In other situations, this policy might be continued from another perspective. Technological advances that allow for the implementation of online learning,
also see the culture of people who are technologically literate, it is not impossible that this policy will continue and become a decree made by the government to be implemented. And me again-
again believing that this method will be the usual method in PBM in the future.
The government must have prepared rules to establish this policy, because it pays attention to the global community that cannot be separated from technology / internet at this time.
Indonesia inevitably has to follow the current trend if it doesn't want to be left behind
by other countries. After establishing this policy the government should also pay attention to supporting devices so that people can follow this policy properly without negative excesses and create new problems, because of the diversity of economic, social, geographic and other factors that exist in Indonesia.
Every change in civilization will certainly have positive and negative consequences, but all people must be able to follow these changes which of course is limited by the norms that apply in society itself. Humans are social creatures that can not possibly live
without interaction with others both locally and globally.
The shift of human behavior from manual to digital as it is happening today in terms of the positive
is that it can make it easier to solve human affairs. Work can be done without
requires a long time, costs can be pressed and unlimited space. Nowadays people can meet their needs while in the house.

Gold and Forex Trading Investors Increase as Covid-19 Pandemic

Didimax CEO, Yadi Supriyadi, said that many people began to look at the gold and forex trading business as an alternative investment in the midst of the corona virus or Covid-19. The reason, this type of investment can be done from home with gadgets and internet connections.

Many traders or investors in Didimax claim to reap a profit of more than 20 percent a day. This is because the opportunity for return on trading is very large. In addition, Didimax provides educational services to its customers so that it can produce maximum returns, "said Yadi Supriyadi.

At the beginning of this year, the trading volume at the startup had reached 100,000 lots per month with more than 26 forex instruments including gold and others. Cenli Yani said, the corona virus pandemic made people forced to work from home.

"So people are starting to think of new investments with quick returns. One of them is through gold and forex trading," he said.

At present, said Cenli Yani, is the right time to start the forex trading business, because this business is not affected by the corona virus.

"The reason is that from the very beginning the forex trading business can be done anywhere and anytime 24 hours a day from Monday to Friday," he concluded.

Does the US health insurance company cover COVID-19 patients?

Some health insurance companies say they will cover testing and treatment, but the situation remains unclear.

Alone among developed countries, the United States health care system is not universal but is run by a non-profit health insurance company.

A former health insurance executive turned into a whistle-blower said the industry hopes to do well during coronavirus.

While several companies in the US said they would cover COVID-19 testing and treatment, there was still a lot of confusion about who would eventually cover the bill.

Shihab Rattansi from Al Jazeera reports from Washington, DC in the US.

5 Quick Ways to Deal With Corona COVID-19 Virus Outbreak, Proven Effective!

Not long ago there was a viral video made by the artist Instagram account Edward Suhadi who adapted the Washington Post's explanation of the corona virus (COVID-19). Through the video, he explained that we must "fatten the curve" or chart the severity of the corona virus to stop the outbreak.
What does it mean? And how's that? Take a look at the chart above! The part above the dotted line is the number of people who are at risk of dying from the corona virus. While the section below shows people who are infected.

When the graph approaches the horizontal line, it means that more people are infected. But the lower the death rate because more people are recovering. This means, the plague will end soon.

But to achieve this, cooperation from all elements of society is needed. Including the government, medical personnel, every individual, and the most important is you. Well, here are a number of steps taken by various countries to overcome the corona virus outbreak, which has proven successful, but it requires our joint participation. Come on, listen!

1. Social distancing
Lately we often hear this term, but what does it really mean? According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), social distancing is the prevention of close contact between healthy and sick people to avoid disease transmission. Experts say that this is the most effective way to reduce the graph that was mentioned above.

According to the CDC, there are many ways of social distancing that we can apply. The following are:
Avoid meetings that involve large numbers of people;
Maintain a minimum distance of two meters from others as much as possible;
Do not cuddle, shake hands, chips, and other physical contact;
Avoid people who show symptoms of pain.

2. Work from home
Work from home or work from home is one of the ways of social distancing that has now been widely applied to workers in Greater Jakarta. It's not all, but there are already enough offices that implement the CDC's recommendation policy.

Not only for workers, work from home also applies to school students and students. Working and learning from home is a step that should be quite effective in reducing the risk of corona virus transmission. We will not meet many people every day, no need to ride public transportation, eating patterns and personal hygiene are more awake.

3. It is better not to go outside the city and abroad
Have you heard the government's appeal a few days ago? For the time being, we should not go out of town and abroad. Especially for business trips. Sure, airplane tickets and other accommodations are cheap and it seems a shame if not utilized.

But try, deh, think of the consequences. For those of you who are young, you may not be too worried about contracting it. But please note that you can become a carrier virus without showing any symptoms. Then you can pass it to other people who are more vulnerable. Don't want that to happen, right?

4. Considerations for Lockdown in heavily infected areas
Lately, many people are worried about lockdown, which is an emergency protocol that prevents people from leaving and entering an area. This policy took place in Wuhan (China), Daegu (South Korea), and most recently a number of cities in Italy.

When lockdown occurs, schools are usually closed, workers are required to work from home, all events are canceled, and in essence everyone is not advised to leave the house. Although this method often stresses the population, its effect in slowing the rate of the virus is quite significant.

According to a recent study published by medRxiv, the lockdown effort of Wuhan City, China succeeded in reducing 202 thousand cases of corona virus. This effort also succeeded in reducing air pollution in the country so drastically that the symptoms in patients also subsided.

5. What do people have to keep doing outside?
Doing the methods above is certainly not an easy problem. There are certain jobs that force us to move outside and the crowd. For example medical personnel, public service employees, retail employees, and those who are paid daily.

If you belong to this group, there is no need to force yourself. Just take care of yourself, your health and your cleanliness. The virus will not infect if you have a strong immune system.

What are Corona and COVID-19 viruses? This Info Needs to Know

Corona virus currently has infected more than 100 countries in the world and caused 6,400 people died. The WHO has declared the Corona virus a pandemic.
That is, the Corona virus has spread to almost the entire world and the world population is likely to be infected with this virus. So, a portion of the world's population will fall ill.

So, what is a Corona virus?
Corona virus or COVID-19 is a virus that attacks the human respiratory system. This virus is still associated with the cause of SARS and MERS which had erupted a few years ago.

Causes of Corona Virus
Until now there is no known cause of the Corona virus, but it is known that this virus is spread by animals and is capable of transmitting from one species to another, including humans. It is known that Corona virus originated from Wuhan City in China and appeared in December 2019.

Danger of Corona Virus
Based on research, the danger of Corona virus can cause death. In fact, infected and cured patients will experience permanent damage to the lungs and antibodies.
Symptoms of Corona Virus
Corona virus appears with several different symptoms in the patient's body. However, in general, the symptoms of the Corona virus are flu, fever, cough, to shortness of breath.

Healing Corona Virus
Until now there has not been found a drug to treat the Corona virus. However, there have been recorded some people who have recovered from the Corona virus after undergoing isolation and hospitalization.

Test the Claim of Efficacy of COVID-19 Antidote Herbal Medicine

Ginger, turmeric, and ginger are good for increasing endurance, but not necessarily able to cure COVID-19.
Since the outbreak of COVID-19 attacked, all products with claims of prevention and healing suddenly sold well on the market, not to mention the variety of archipelago spices such as ginger, turmeric, and ginger. They are believed to be able to increase endurance so that it can counteract the transmission of the corona virus.

Let's examine the health claims of materials that were the allure of the colonialism.

Before discussing the ingredients in ginger and other rhizome plants, we should first understand the immune system. The human body and animals have a unique mechanism to ward off various dangerous pathogens such as viruses, bacteria, fungi, and parasites. The "gatekeeper" mechanism of the immune system was discovered by Bruce Beutler and Jules Hoffmann.

They revealed that the immune response has an innate and adaptive phase to ward off pathogens. As reported by the Nature page, pathogens invade the body through open wounds or mucosa. Therefore to prevent transmission of COVID-19, we are asked to diligently wash hands and avoid holding faces.

Because a virus-contaminated hand can become a medium of transmission when it touches the eyes, nose, or mouth. When it enters the body, pathogens will multiply and have a mission to damage cells in the body, aka making disease. But, their journey to reach this stage is not easy.

Pathogens will be blocked by macrophages (cells in the tissue in white blood) as the vanguard of body guards. The war between the two will invite reinforcements from other sidelines in the white blood tissue, called neutrophils. The second layer of the army is tasked with preventing pathogens from making further damage such as infections and diseases.

If the war is still fierce, then the dendritic cells that from the beginning oversee the course of the war will call in additional troops in the form of antigens. Then T cells and B cells advance to the battlefield against pantogens, they produce weapons in the form of antibodies to paralyze the enemy.

When the army wins against the enemy, the body cells that die from the war grow back. While immune cells that have finished work will commit suicide. But they leave memory cells that record the characteristics of enemies, these memory cells will recognize and kill the same enemy in the future and form adaptive immunity.

Thanks to comprehensive exposure from Bruce Beutler and Jules Hoffmann, the world of modern medicine has finally found a way of developing, preventing and treating various kinds of infections, inflammatory diseases, and even cancer.

God Plant rhizomes
Ginger has long been believed to have the ability to relieve various symptoms of ailments such as colds, nausea, arthritis, migraines and hypertension. This fact is listed in the second edition of Herbal Medicine: Biomolecular and Clinical Aspects. This herb which is commonly consumed with honey offers anti-inflammatory compounds including antioxidants - substances that protect the body from damage by free radicals.

A study by Sepide Mahluji, et al (2013) concluded that ginger supplements taken orally succeeded in reducing inflammation in patients with type 2 diabetes. Ginger supplements can also reduce digestive disorders, bloating, and intestinal cramps.

While other research published in the journal Ethnopharmacol (2013) mentions steeping fresh ginger - we know it as ginger - has antiviral properties and antibacterial properties. The research team found that ginger can counteract the virus that causes respiratory infections (HRSV).

It's just that the dose of ginger in the study averaged high doses, so the effect of the ginger "antidote" corona was unknown - the average dose was uncertain or the dose supervised by experts.

Chairperson of the Indonesian Medical Herbal Medicine Association (PDHMI) Hardhi Pranat called another herbal plant, turmeric containing curcumin which works to increase endurance. Similar benefits are provided by polyphenols in ginger. Turmeric also has anti-cataracts which can increase mucus production.

The mucus can help remove the virus when attacking the respiratory tract. It's just that Hardhi underlines these effects can only be obtained after consuming herbal rhizomes routinely in the long term.

Its usefulness also only helps increase endurance, not kill viruses or bacteria. Moreover, the corona virus in the drug's healing claim is not necessarily SARS-CoV-2 which triggers COVID-19. But corona virus can cause common colds.

"Don't compare ginger or turmeric like antibiotics (which kill bacteria)," Hardhi said.

The Solution Is Just Wash Your Hands
From Vietnam, which succeeded in healing all COVID-19 patients, Indonesia needs to learn that the government has a big role in prevention and treatment.

Dr Kidong Park, WHO representative in Vietnam, said Vietnam's success was the fruit of proactive and consistent government efforts. Two weeks after the COVID-19 case was first announced, the Ministry of Health of Vietnam immediately banned about 10,000 residents of Son Loi from leaving the house for 20 days.

They also closed schools, stopped imports, and banned the consumption of wild animals. At the same time the government is increasing intensive surveillance, laboratory testing, ensuring infection prevention and control and case management in health facilities, as well as providing risk communication, and multi-sectoral collaboration.

"At the healing stage the doctor will treat the patient's symptoms, patients are asked to undergo a strict nutritious diet. Then the level of oxygen saturation in a patient's blood is always monitored, "wrote Al Jazeera summarizing the efforts made in this country.

Do not forget the call to always wash hands, conduct temperature checks, and spray disinfectants in public places. Presumably by far the most effective way to prevent the spread of COVID-19 is hand washing, while healing is still supportive.

WHO has also warned that antibiotics do not work to cure COVID-19 because they only function in bacterial infections. While viral infections such as SARS-CoV are only vaccines - not ginger or other gaps.

Most viruses (including SARS-CoV-2) are composed of RNA, proteins and lipids. Imagine the shape of this virus resembling a wall composed of bricks with an adhesive in the form of a combination of hydrogen bonds. They are increasingly firmly attached to rough surfaces such as wood, cloth, and leather because rough surfaces form more hydrogen bonds.

The strong foundation of a virus can only be broken down with moisture, sunlight (UV light), and heat (molecular motion). So washing your hands with soap has proven to be the most effective way to destroy a stronghold of the virus. Judging from its constituent structure, soap contains a fat-like substance known as amphiphiles (structurally similar to lipids in a viral membrane).

"Soap molecules compete with lipids and other non-covalent bonds that help proteins, RNAs and lipids stick together," explained Palli Thordarson, a chemist from the University of New South Wales, quoted by Market Watch.

In short, soap dissolves the glue that holds the virus together. Disinfectants, or liquids, tissues, gels, and creams that contain alcohol have a similar effect but are not as effective as soap. The antibacterial agents in these products do not affect the structure of the virus much.

It's okay to drink ginger and the like rhizome to strengthen the immune system. What's wrong is to think of everything as a COVID-19 drug. Though we have a more practical way, which is enough to wash hands with soap.

This is the reason why schools must be closed for 14 days

A number of regions in Indonesia today, began to close schools in their respective regions to reduce the spread of the corona virus or covid-19. Students are advised to conduct teaching and learning activities in their homes using information technology and social media.

Ironically, even though their children have been dismissed for 14 days, there are still many parents who do not understand the policy. However, this is understandable, because the policy is not accompanied by an adequate explanation.

Even though for 14 days it is very important and must be accompanied by compliance actions. Yes, 14 days are expected to be able to stop the chain and the rate of transmission of covid-19.

Well, what 14 days was able to save thousands of people. Why?
Explained from various sources, when someone contacts with anything that can infect it with covid-19, it must be waited for 14 days at a minimum. If nothing happens, the person is safe.

However, the 14-day holiday policy to cut the chain of transmission, will only succeed if everyone stays in their homes for 14 days. Why?

For example, a child starts off on Monday (3/16) today. After 14 days off, he will go to school again on the 15th day, Monday (3/29). It turns out that the child and his family use the time off to travel, visit groups of people, or to relatives, malls, and others.

If he had walked the 10th day and contracted covid-19 in the place he visited, maybe on the 14th or 15th day there were no signs of him being ill, but he had brought covid-19 in his body and potentially transmitted it, when he entered school on the 15th day and so on.

Even 14 school days are useless, because transmission can occur at school. from that moment the domino effect will take place, the chain of transmission is also unbroken. For that, everyone must work together, help, and be united to go nowhere in those 14 days. Except for things that really need.

Time 14 days, it is very useful to monitor each other if found people who show symptoms of suffering from co-19 attacks. So that he can be treated immediately and stop transmission only to him, because he did not contact with other people in 14 days.

So, let us isolate ourselves for ourselves and others, maybe also on a large scale for the interests of more people. Isn't prevention better than cure?

It's time to stop covid-19 transmission, by doing a clean and healthy lifestyle.

Corona's Positive Cases Continue to Grow, How Can You Protect Yourself from Covid-19?

Corona virus SARS-CoV-2 causes Covid-19 is still growing. More than 190 countries have reported positive cases in the region. Until Sunday (3/29/2020) morning, there were 662,073 cases of positive infected cases reported from various countries. Of these, 30,780 people were declared dead and 139,426 people had recovered.
The World Health Organization (WHO) has declared the spread of Covid-19 as a global pandemic. Corona viruses generally circulate in animals, but some can evolve to infect humans and spread among humans.

A leading expert on infectious diseases in China and SARS Zhong Nanshan said that the virus is transmitted from human to human. Scientists have found traces of the virus in the feces of several infected patients, perhaps demonstrating additional ways of transmitting the disease. Also read: Why is the Death Rate in Italy due to Corona the Highest in the World?

So, what precautions can be taken? To prevent the spread of the virus, WHO recommends washing hands regularly, covering the mouth and nose when coughing and sneezing, and thoroughly cooking meat and eggs. In addition, it is also advisable to avoid close contact with anyone who shows symptoms of respiratory disease. Maria Van Kerkhove from the WHO's zoonosis and disease unit recommends avoiding unsafe contact with live animals and washing hands after contact with animals. Gabriel Leung, co-recruited by the WHO Collaboration Center for epidemiology and control of communicable diseases, said masks should be part of prevention efforts. "If you are sick, wear a mask. If you go to a crowded place. Wear a mask even though you are not sick," Leung said. "If you have symptoms, especially if you have traveled to Wuhan, please seek media attention and be honest with your doctor," he continued.

Here are 10 ways you can do to prevent contracting the corona virus as reported by the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Ministry of Health and WHO:
  1. Wash your hands often.
  2. Avoid close contact.
  3. Maintain social distance.
  4. Use a mask if it hurts.
  5. Stay at home.
  6. Avoid touching the eyes, nose and mouth.
  7. Avoid the crowd.
  8. Do not shake hands.
  9. Always update information regarding Covid-19.
  10. Go to the hospital immediately if you experience symptoms of Covid-19.
