Free school ... .. whether effective?

Free school tuition fees (Educational Equipment).
Indeed when you think about it, this condition can ease the burden on our society that still often had difficulty in financing education. However, have the government we are also thinking about consequences, especially in terms of facilities, quality, and even teacher salaries.


I had a discussion with friends about this profession. Many argue that in addition to the positive side as above, there are many possible negative side of less government scrutiny.
