Free school ... .. whether effective?

Free school tuition fees (Educational Equipment).
Indeed when you think about it, this condition can ease the burden on our society that still often had difficulty in financing education. However, have the government we are also thinking about consequences, especially in terms of facilities, quality, and even teacher salaries.

I had a discussion with friends about this profession. Many argue that in addition to the positive side as above, there are many possible negative side of less government scrutiny. In terms of facilities for example, in the absence of payment of the fees, the school must rely on the government to obtain the necessary facilities in giving lessons to students. In fact, we also know that sometimes help or funding from our government is very difficult for the disbursed, or even too many pieces to the things that really does not make sense.
This also affects the quality of students. With facilities (probably) sober, students will also receive a modest learning. Not to mention the reduction of extra activities that support because there is no cost to carry out such activities or also to pay the teachers builder.
Coupled with the weakening of the spirit of student learning because of the assumption that schools are now more comfortable or more easily because the field of study is taught only on the basis of the books provided by the government without any development, so they feel more relaxed. And there are many who think school is only a formality, just to be able to read and write not as a means to improve the quality of life.
In fact there is one student in the school, which says, "ga ride some single time no matter the class, is it free "........................
What do you think?
